popular checks by phone software on the market is sold.
The software you get is fully functional and supported by the
publisher of the full version of CheckWriter, 'yourfavorite.com'.
CheckWriter BASIC is an affiliate of yourfavorite.com.
CheckWriter Basic is licensed by the publisher, but is different
from the full version offered directly at checkwriter.nethttp://checkwriter.net.
You can upgrade from Basic to the Single User or Network Edition
through the publisher for the upgrade price.
How is CheckWriter Basic different from the
full version?
CheckWriter™ Basic is almost identical to the CheckWriter Single User and Full
Network Versions as far as look, feel and functionality except for the following:
CheckWriter Basic has a $1,000 limit per check draft.
If you need to
draft single items for more than $1,000 you
will need to visit
checkwriter.net to purchase the Single User
Version.
CheckWriter Basic does not import information,
or have a web link,
although it can be used for web
orders CheckWriter Basic
will
not export. CheckWriter Basic does not have a monthly billing
function built in nor does it
have functional password protection.
Lastly, CheckWriter Basic does not include "telephone" technical
support, although the product does come with unparalleled email
support for the life of the release, as well as a detailed
user
manual. Email support is answered within 24
hours in all cases,
and usually within 1-4 hours of sending.
eMail Support is provided by real CheckWriter
staff and Basic users receive
the same attention and response time as
Single User and Network users.

Refund Policy
The publisher will honor a 30 Money Back Guarantee on CheckWriter
Basic. Please call customer service (617) 859-8998, in advance to
obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30
days of purchase date as published on the back of your original
invoice received with the software.

Note: Refunds sent with no
RMA number, or mailed to the call center on Gainsborough Street,
Main Street, or the Flanders Road Warehouse location, will be
returned to sender. UPS and FexEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box,
so be sure to use a carrier that will. USPS signature confirmation
or express mail overnight service are offered to the above address,
but are not required.
CheckWriter Basic Software / Check Stock:
If you purchased CheckWriter and wish to receive a refund on the
software, simply call within 30 days with your order number, and you
will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number with
instructions for return. You will receive a full refund for the
purchase price of the software for CheckWriter Basic excluding
shipping and handling. No returned product will be accepted
without the RMA number. Product must be received within 30 day
period without exception.
